Application Process

A non-refundable application fee of $100 is required to process your application. At the end of this form, you will be prompted to pay by credit card.

Four references are required to complete this form:

​

• Reference #1: Your senior Pastor, a senior elder if you are the pastor, or another colleague in ministry.

• Reference #2: A current or previous employer or someone who knows your work ethic.

• Reference #3: A GCMF member or someone well known to GCMF personnel.

• Reference #4: Anyone you choose other than your spouse.

 

Please also have ready a recent “head and shoulders”, passport-type digital photo of yourself and a document of your personal testimony, to upload with this application.

The credential committee will make inquiries of your references, examine your reputation, effectiveness in ministry, loyalty and relationship to the local church, and seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit. You will be notified concerning the acceptance or refusal of your application.
